All-on-4 procedure allows to restore function and aesthetics in patients without all teeth and patients whose remaining teeth have to be removed (the offer is valid for the upper and lower jaw).

3D-technologies and Dental LAB availability gives us an advantage to plan future dental work thoroughly and make All-on-4 within simultaneous and one-step fixation of milled screw-retained implant bridge. It means immediate loading on implants, better regeneration, setting teeth right after operation.

1 visit – diagnostic

• 3D Computed tomography, digital scanning of dental arches, photo protocol, surgeon-implantologist consultation, prosthodontist consultation, making individual treatment plan. Time spent in clinic is 1 day. This is a preparatory stage to All-on-4
• 3D-planning and modelling of surgical guide and temporary acrylic bridge

2 visit – surgical within All-on-4 protocol

• Dental implantion according to All-on-4 protocol without cuts with at the same stage fixation of temporary acrylic bridge, consisting of 10 teeth. Time spent in clinic is 2 days.

3 visit – prosthetic

• Replacing temporary acrylic bridge All-on-4 on biopolymer/zirconia permanent bridge
• In 3-6 months (after implantation) there are performed digital scan of temporary bridge and following manufacture of permanent biopolymer/zirconia bridge (according to individual treatment plan). Time spent in clinic is 3 days.

Prosthetic options:

• Milled CAD / CAM titan girder construction with 12 biopolymer teeth – implant-supported bridge prosthesis (only in All-on-4 cases).
• Milled CAD/CAM titan girder construction with 12 zirconia implant-supported bridge prosthesis with the application of ceramics in the aesthetic zone.
